How many people can your location hold?

While this varies from location to location, our on premise facilities can accommodate from 50 to 2,000 guests in a variety of settings such as banquets, cocktail parties, classroom and theater style events, and trade shows and seminars.

Martin’s can also cater at the location of your choice where we can serve as many guests as that location can hold. We have done extremely large events in excess of 10,000 guests in a fair, picnic or concession venue.

If I decide to use your off premise catering services, am I still offered the same benefits I would have received if my event were onsite?

Absolutely! Our highly trained staff will give you the same superior service no matter where you hold your event. We are experts at transforming any location to give you the highest quality service possible to make your event a success.

What types of menus do you offer?

Martin’s offers a wide variety of menus to please the most discriminating palette. We have hundreds of delicious items to choose from and handle a wide range of ethnic menus as well. We are sensitive to your individual guests’ needs and will accommodate any special dietary requests you may require. We will customize your menu to suit you! See our online menus available.

What about parking?

All of our facilities have spacious parking lots that provide ample parking for all of your guests at NO CHARGE!

Do you have audio visual equipment available?

We can provide any audio visual or computer equipment as well as trained technical personnel to accommodate the requirements of your event at an additional charge.

Do you provide centerpieces?

Yes. We have a selection of centerpieces for you to choose from or you can make arrangements to bring your own.

For my wedding, can I have the ceremony and the reception at your location?

Yes. Many of our guests select this option as it provides a seamless transfer from the ceremony to the reception with no travel time!

Can I have my wedding ceremony outside?

Yes. Some of our locations offer outside garden areas and have a beautiful gazebo. Please check with your Event Planner for availability.

Is there an onsite ceremony/reception coordinator? What staff is there on the day of my wedding?

Rest assured that we provide an abundance of trained staff to give you and your guests the superior quality service that you deserve. First, we provide you (the Bride) with a bridal hostess that is personally assigned to you (and only you) to take care of your every need. Your hostess will be with you from the moment you walk through the door for your entire event guiding you through every part of your day.

Your event will also have a Ballroom Manager that oversees your event and all of our superior staff which includes wait staff, hall attendants, bartenders, and lobby attendants, not to mention (but we will!), our outstanding kitchen compliment of Executive Chefs, Garde Manger, and menu specialists. Your manager has our special “Make Sure We Don’t Make Any Mistakes” form which contains all of the details that you have specified to make your day unfold exactly how you envisioned it.

Do you have special pricing for children?

Yes we do. We want you to be able to share your special day with as many people as you like. The cost for children is half the price of your contracted per person guest price.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Diner’s Club.

When is my deposit due?

Your deposit holds your date for you and is due 10 days after your contract is issued.

When is my final payment due?

Your final payment for all contracted services is due 10 business days prior to your event.

Can I make payments on my event throughout the year?

Absolutely. You can make as many payments as you like and they will be credited directly to your contract.
